Why Education First Credit Union?

Superior member service is the heart of Education First Credit Union. We believe superior service is more than a friendly face or warm greeting in the lobby. It’s giving you options, whether you like high-tech or high-touch. It’s also providing you with the best products and solutions so you can make financial decisions that fulfill your needs. Here at Education First Credit Union you are a name, not a number.

Our Core Values

Integrity: We are always honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Passion: We love our jobs, and we are enthusiastically committed to delivering the true credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.”

Respect: We show empathy and appreciation for our members and each other, and we always exhibit good manners.

Friendliness: We are genuine, helpful, and we consistently provide a warm smile to each member.

Sense of Humor: We love to have fun, participate in work activities and express our happy outlook for all to see.

Accountability: We are responsible, dependable, and we follow through on all assignments.

Why Join a Credit Union

A credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by member-owners, not stockholders. Our members elect the Board of Directors and other executive committees. Because of this unique structure, all profits directly benefit the membership in the form of higher returns on savings products, lower loan rates and fees, and improved services. When you join, you are a lifetime member-owner.
